This is a £10million project to develop retail, office and residential space on the Chiswick High Road. Steel sheet piling was used to form the permanent retaining structure to the car park in the basement.

The frame comprises 300mm reinforced concrete (RC) flat slabs supported by RC columns and walls and founded on piled foundations.

The 300mm thick flat slabs gives the benefit of: flat soffits, minimisation of storey height, economy of construction and large thermal mass to reduce energy requirements.
