The new space comprises of an entrance hall/exhibition space, a conference room, a new library, classrooms, study rooms, offices and a series of social spaces.

The project involved the unpicking of years of insensitive works to the original building fabric, to create a series of well-proportioned rooms and to reveal some previously hidden stained glass windows. Other works included new double glazed units, major re-roofing and landscaping.
