The works comprise the redevelopment and subterranean extension of the substantial building which extends to about 65,000 sq feet. This unique redevelopment project will provide 18 high-quality residential units, a new entrance, an extension to the south-west of the building; new penthouse accommodation integrated into the existing roofscape and a basement extension providing step-free connection to the parking level of the adjacent building.
