Sinclair at the RIBA

Sinclair Johnston was recently asked by Keystone Law and Bath Publishing to present a talk on ‘Barn Conversions’ at the RIBA Headquarters in London. The talk was part of a launch seminar, marking the publication of Martin Goodall’s new book ‘A Practical Guide to Permitted Changes of Use under the General Permitted Development Order’.

Of Sinclair’s talk, Martin Goodall wrote on his Planning Blog: “a very experienced structural engineer who gave the audience a fascinating insight into the practical structural issues that often arise in the residential conversion of existing buildings, especially agricultural barns.”
